Shortland Renovate To Onsell

Even though the client’s offer on the property wasn’t as high as some of the others, it was accepted because Judith meticulously completed the paperwork and followed the correct tender procedure. After settlement, Judith put the client in touch with tradespeople who could turn the property into a modern, stylish home. To keep costs low, Kim was hands-on during the process, doing the small jobs herself such as choosing colours, buying appliances and property styling. Judith continued to provide support, direction and feedback throughout the whole process. In just 8 weeks, the renovations were completed and the property was back on the market.
